Pestokill are the UK's largest Independent Pest Control Company and since 1985 we have continued to expand to deliver a local service throughout the UK , Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic. We now service over 14,000 clients premises and has Local Technicians in every region. Our innovative 'Check Mate' laser bar code system has helped to reduce our costs and assisted our clients in their premises management. 

The Central Operations based in Lancashire is a dedicated team who are there ready to serve new and existing clients. The ‘Central Help Desk’ takes calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week and distributes the call requests & messages to our Field Service Technicians.

Throughout the UK we have 6 Regional Managers who look after local teams of service personnel who are committed to working with our clients to assist in achieving a hygienic and pest free environment. Our local service truly is local to ensure that we can react quickly in emergencies.  

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Pestokill are members of the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) and adopt the BPCA code of practice for training our service personnel. We also have the Safe Contractor Scheme, members of the Society of Food Hygiene and Technology and Link Up accredited. As an 'Investor in People' since 2000 we know that our people throughout the company are our greatest asset and continually evaluate training needs to ensure that the desired service levels can be achieved.  

The ISO 9002 award has been held since 1997 and we find it to be a great management tool to assist in delivering consistency.

QUALITY AT OUR CLIENTS

Technical Support to Clients and our Technicians is provided through our team of Qualified Field Biologists who provide independent audits to a set of ‘Key Performance Indicators’ which provides a measure of service from the Technician and the Standards at our Clients. Typed reports are supplied which details a priority ranking for the points raised and an area for corrective action.

A free insect identification service and training for ‘Pest Awareness Courses’ can be delivered from our Audit Team.
