CHECKMATE ONLINE – OUR UNIQUE PEST MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Pestokill’s exciting concept to pest monitoring and reporting systems ‘Check Mate’ is raising the current pest industry service standards beyond all expectations.  The ‘Check Mate’ system consists of applying a unique bar code applied to each pest-monitoring device. The barcode is made up of a 15 digit code which identifies the position of the monitor, the monitoring point type and the contract number which will link into the service to be provided in the pest manual.

On each inspection our Technician, scans the monitoring point which is located inside the monitor. The hand held laser scanner then asks a series of questions for each point such any type of activity, any pesticides used and the quantity of pesticides. The time and date of each activity is automatically created by the hand held unit. The collected information is uploaded from the Technician and downloaded to our database, where we can analyze the inspection and produce a detailed report straight to your desk which will detail the service carried out.

The service records for your premises can be viewed from any Internet PC via a password protected web site. All clients can view service records normally found in the pest manual such as site plans, barcode reports, audit reports, bait check list, as well as company information such as quality/ membership certificates and insurance documents.
